We ship within the United States. Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
